2. What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, upload a file, place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and/or credit card information.

We will never share or reproduce any work, in part or in its entirety, submitted to Bibliocracy.com without the express, written consent of the original author and/or artist.If Bibliocracy.com members/clients choose to visit the websites of our affiliated partners that they understand that all personally identifiable information, if any, provided by them through the tracking code or in response to an advertisement or request for information and/or any or all reports, results, and/or information created, compiled, analyzed and/or derived by the affiliated partners from such data is the sole and exclusive property of the affiliated partner and is considered the affiliated partners confidential information pursuant to this agreement. The affiliated partners and/or their advertisers, in their sole discretion, shall have the right to use, market and re-market any visitors and/or data without further obligation to you.

After a transaction, financial information (i.e. credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

13. Site and Service Updates
We may send members website and service announcement updates by email. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements because they contain important information about the service. We communicate with members to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
14. Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a member's personally identifiable information changes (such as his/her email address), the member should correct and update his/her information in the Bibliocracy.com member area.
