Forgot your Username?

If you have forgotten your username, Contact Us and we will email you your username.

You can then use your username to log in with your password.

If you also forgot your password and we provided you with your username, you may Reset a New Password by following the steps mentioned below.

Forgot your Password?

Follow these steps to reset a NEW Password:

1 - Enter your username into the log in section of the site (top right hand corner), but leave the password box empty and click on Log in.

2 - After you click on Log in you will get the image below.

Enter your username or the email address that you used to create your account and click on Retrieve.

3 - After clicking on Retrieve, you will then see the following image.

You have now received an email from our system which includes your username and a link where you can change your password.

4 - When you access the email sent to you (Subject Heading is - Your Username and Password).

Copy and paste the link into the Web Address / Web Browser and click on Enter.

5 - Once you click on enter you will receive the following image.

Enter a NEW Password and confirm the NEW Password and click on Submit.

6. After you have clicked on Submit you will receive the following image. 

This screen informs you that your NEW Password was reset / updated successfully.

7. You may now return to the Home page and enter your Username with the NEW Password you just created and you will be able to log in.

NOTE - Once you have logged back into the site, you may always go to Update Details and change your username and/or password if you choose and click on Submit.
