Q11. Do you use DRM on your eBooks?
No, we do not use Digital Rights Management (DRM) as it does not support our business model.
There are many issues with using DRM, basically the technical support, eReader incompatibilities with some types of eBooks using DRM, the monetary cost and time spent by the customer in replacing previously purchased eBooks when an eReader breaks or malfunctions and transferring the file(s) to a newly purchased eReader to replace an older one. For as technology advances rapidly, consumers will replace their existing eReader(s) at a faster pace for a newer version of the same eReader or a completely different model.
