Q1. How do I receive my purchased eBook & download it to my eReader, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.?
1. Receiving Your Purchased eBook
a. Once your transaction / purchase has been completed, you will automatically receive an email from our server titled Invoice.
An example of an invoice you will receive is below, please click on image to see details.
b. This email serves as your invoice for your purchase and also includes your purchased eBook (in EPUB, MOBI and PDF Formats).
c. On the invoice, under the heading Product, you will find your purchased product. Just scroll over the product name and simply click on the title and it will prompt you to save it as a file (choose save, to save to your system).
PC based email client software such as Microsoft Outlook is compatible when receiving purchased eBooks. If using Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or other webmail, we recommend using Firefox as a search engine, as there may be incompatibility issues, with other search engines. For instance you may not be able to download eBooks to Gmail using Internet Explorer.
2. Download Your eBook to Your eReader, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.
• Please advise us of any issues you may encounter downloading eBooks after purchase, including the tools you used. Our system is thoroughly tested on a daily basis in order to ensure a high level of reliability, efficiency and redundancy.
• We assume that readers understand that they may have to install an app and also are familiar with transferring the different eBook formats to their eReader, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.
• As we do not provide technical assistance for the numerous devices on the market, please refer to the user manual that came with your device for further instructions.
